Who is Sensei Edmond Otis?
Edmond Otis is the American JKA Karate Association International North American Chairman and Chief Instructor. He is internationally known as a competitor, instructor, coach, judge, motivational speaker, clinical therapist and psychologist. Otis has practiced Shotokan karate since 1967 and is acclaimed for his innovative and dynamic teaching style. Notably, Sensei Otis is considered by many to be one of the premier shotokan karate instructors of his generation, and has trained numerous championship winning teams on the national and international level. Otis currently resides in New Zealand and travels all over the world conducting seminars, courses, and camps that focus on all aspects of karate.

Saturday
Session 2: Competition Strategies for Children
9:15 AM – 10:30 AM, Children ONLY 7–12 Years Old
Session 3: Physical/Mental/Emotional Aspects of Self-defense
10:45 AM – 12:00 PM, For Women – teens/adults
With or without karate experience! A class on the physical/mental/emotional aspects of self defense, with Sensei Otis, 8th dan – Clinical Therapist/Psychologist! FREE if you, your child, or spouse attends the entire weekend! Bring a friend!
